What you'll do
- Shadow senior engineers across installation and service work
- Attend college on a day-release programme
- Build a portfolio of evidence toward your end-point assessment
- Take ownership of small works under supervision in year two
What we're looking for
- 5 GCSEs grade 4/C or above including Maths and English
- Genuine interest in electronics and problem solving
- Reliable, presentable and willing to travel with senior engineers
- Provisional or full UK driving licence
