What you'll do
- Process incoming alarm signals to documented response plans
- Liaise with keyholders, police and fire services under pressure
- Maintain accurate event records and incident reports
- Support continuous improvement of response procedures
What we're looking for
- BS 7858 screenable (5-year checkable history)
- Excellent verbal communication and a calm head under pressure
- Flexibility to work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern including nights
- Previous control room or contact centre experience preferred
